As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and identifying new opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
Proactively generate opportunities by reaching out to investors, issuers, and brokers via LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google. We value innovation and encourage the use of new tools and creative methods to expand our network.
Build and maintain a structured CRM database to track leads, interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress, ensuring effective communication. Analyze data to identify trends and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
Research the Canadian real estate market to identify and leverage industry events, conferences, and trade shows for networking and uncovering business opportunities..
🎨 Community Manager / Design Intern
This role combines creativity and strategy to enhance our digital presence and engage with our audience. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain a LinkedIn content calendar with visually appealing posts and infographics to share company updates, real estate insights, and investment opportunities.
Design promotional materials like brochures, presentations, and pitch decks tailored for real estate investors and stakeholders.
Track and analyze social media metrics (likes, shares, reach, impressions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize content strategies, and enhance engagement.
🌐 SEO Manager Intern
Take charge of our digital visibility and help us dominate search rankings. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for high-value terms like Commercial Real Estate Debts, Equity, and Crowdfunding, focusing on blog posts, landing pages, and service descriptions.
Enhance local SEO efforts by targeting regional search terms, managing a Google My Business profile, and ensuring directory listings are accurate and optimized.
Audit and analyze the website for issues like broken links, slow load times, and mobile-friendliness, recommending fixes and exploring SEO tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
