Position Type
Location: 100% Remote (Work from home, Morocco-friendly hours)
Female Preferred
Duration: 3–6 months (with possibility of extension)
Commitment: 40-45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)


Role Summary
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern who is fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English. You will support our client-facing and back-office teams by handling research, translation, candidate outreach, and administrative tasks—all critical for delivering excellence to our French-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Engagement:

Screen and pre-qualify French-speaking internship applicants.
Conduct initial outreach via email/WhatsApp and schedule interviews.

Translation & Communication:
Translate marketing collateral, email templates, and process documents (EN↔FR).
Serve as a French-language liaison between clients and internal teams.

Market Research:
Research Moroccan university internship programs and potential campus partnerships.
Gather intel on local job boards and candidate pools.

Administrative Support:
Maintain candidate database and update status trackers.
Assist with calendar management, meeting agendas, and follow-up communications.

Social Media & Outreach:
Help draft and schedule French-language social media posts on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Monitor engagement and report trends.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (Business, HR, Communications, or related).
Language: Native or full professional proficiency in French; strong English reading/writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
