International Customer Success Associate (French)

Your Key Responsibilities/Job Description:
Help onboard new customers, help them set up their workflows & train their users
Understand and align with customer’s needs to help them achieve their goals
Advice customers on best practices & KPIs for businesses of their size.
Host regular online sessions with customers to align with their needs, discuss adoption, and
identify areas of opportunity.
● Understand client risks and recommend solutions
● Champion customer needs to the product team for future updates
Training Program:
All successful candidates will go through a 6 month training program starting from February/March which will convert to the full time position on the team in August/September.
This process will involve:
○ 3 Months Internship Period:. The salary during this period will be MAD 2,350/Month
○ 3 Months Training Period: The salary during this period is MAD 4,700/Month
● During the internship & trainee period, we will invest in teaching you about our business, the software industry & skills + tools you’ll need to succeed.
Benefits:
Competitive Annual Compensation MAD 112,000 (Base Salary) + MAD 28,000 (Variable)

Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in both French and English.
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask.
People First Attitude & Patience, every client is unique and needs to be handled with poise.
Self-driven and proactive nature
Students pursuing their final year of college/pass outs of 2023
