Responsibilities :

Day to day responsibility for customer acquisition & marketing

We have put in place a process for customer acquisition and marketing. The intern would have full day to day responsibility for managing this program.

Digital marketing acquisition focus

Applying knowledge of social media and digital consumer behavior to our acquisition, promotion, usage and care plans

Customer care – resolving customer queries

This is the nuts and bolts of the business. The best and quickest way to understand how the business works and what customers think. It is key that the intern has a firm foundation of understanding of how the business works and this is how to achieve that understanding.

Skill and qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering or related fields.
Fluency in both English and French.
Exceptional writing skills & innate ability to write for the social web
Sense of content appropriateness for channels & audiences
Must be a passionate and avid social media enthusiast -- personally and professionally active on major platforms in the social media space
Ability to generate ideas and work with minimal guidance
Great communicator & self-directed go-getter
A good understanding of the software industry and the SaaS business model
