ROLE PURPOSE:



To work closely with the Marketing responsible of the region to help drive and implement relevant measurable marketing strategies for MIL, Agents and end users in the region. Initiatives are designed to increase transaction volumes, revenue and P&L profitability and satisfy joint marketing commitments.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Help implement marketing activities

 Coordinate campaigns launches

 Help adapt creative with local agencies and Central Marketing team

 Coordinate POS with agents through e-shop and liaise with supplier

 Coordinate signage creative and roll out

• Analyze and build reports

 Agent business reviews

 Country reviews

 Pricing initiative follow up

 Marketing campaigns ROI

 Budget tracking through Procurement management tool

• Business Intelligence

 Monitor competitor activities (pricings, advertising, sponsoring…)

 Product trends (mobile, internet….)

 Market trends (remittances, regulations…)

SCOPE/CONTEXT:



• Territory: Francophone West Africa and Maghreb

• Territory designation may be subject to change dependent on business needs

• Works closely with local marketing agencies and MoneyGram regional and central marketing







QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Minimum Bachelor Graduate from marketing or business related degree

• At least one previous work experience ideally targeted marketing in an international environment

• First class verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities on a regional and/or national basis, in a pressurized environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well a part of a team

• Proactive and solutions-driven

• Strong analytic skills

• Computer literate – advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluency in English and French

• Able to work in a culturally diverse and changing environment.

• Able to commit to and demonstrate the Corporate Values: Respect, Courage, Passion, Integrity and Teamwork.
