We’re looking for a data entry representative intern to join our London digital marketing agency. This person will learn how to become a data entry specialist for a busy online platform.
When joining our team, the sales team will assist you to get you onboard, Clerks should expect to be supervised by an office manager or senior administrator, Transfer data from different websites into our database systems using keyboards, CRM, and other softwares.
Type in data provided directly from leads and prospects
Create spreadsheets/boards with large numbers of figures without mistakes
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Retrieve data from the public databases online.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
After the successful completion of two months of training, the editorial intern has all the skills to apply for a role at NUDEAL Agency.



Proven experience as data entry clerk
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Basic understanding of databases
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
